Article 2 (Definitions)

  3. "User Content" means all material a member uploads to the Service, including itineraries, notes, place notes, checklists, photos and comments.
  4. "Paid Services" means subscription plans that require payment (such as Premium and Group).
  5. "Subscription" means an agreement under which a member pays in advance on a monthly or annual basis to use Paid Services, renewing automatically for the same period until the member cancels.
  6. "AI Features" means features that use generative artificial intelligence to produce output such as draft itineraries.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Company posts these Terms on a page linked from the bottom of the Service's home page.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  3. When amending these Terms, the Company announces the effective date and the reason on the Service at least 7 days before the effective date. Changes unfavorable to members are announced at least 30 days in advance and also notified individually by email.
  4. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may terminate the agreement before the effective date. If the Company, when giving notice under paragraph 3, clearly stated that failing to object by the effective date will be deemed acceptance, and the member does not object, the member is deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
  5. Previous versions are available under "Previous versions" at the bottom of this page.

Article 4 (Formation of the Agreement)

  1. The agreement is formed when an applicant reviews these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies by signing in with a social account (such as Google), and the Company accepts the application.
  2. Persons under 14 may not sign up.
  3. Minors under 19 need the consent of a legal guardian (such as a parent) to purchase Paid Services. A purchase made without that consent may be cancelled by the minor or the legal guardian. This does not apply where the minor paid within the scope of property the guardian permitted the minor to dispose of (such as an allowance), or where the minor used deception to make the Company believe the minor was an adult or had consent.
  4. The Company may refuse an application, or terminate the agreement afterwards, if the applicant used another person's information or was previously terminated for violating these Terms.

Article 5 (Account Security)

  1. Members must keep their account from being used by others.
  2. If an account is compromised, or suspected to be, the member must notify the Company immediately.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend an account suspected of compromise or abuse for security reasons and will notify the member without delay afterwards.

Article 6 (Provision and Changes of the Service)

  1. The Company strives to provide the Service 24 hours a day, every day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  2. Scheduled maintenance is announced 7 days in advance. Urgent incident response or security measures may be announced afterwards.
  3. City information, transport, opening hours, emergency contacts and similar information shown in the Service are for reference. The Company strives to keep them accurate, but local conditions change — please confirm important information with official sources.
  4. If the Company changes or removes an important feature in a way that disadvantages paying members, it will give 30 days' notice and refund the remaining period to members who leave because of the change.
  5. If the Company discontinues the Service, it will give 90 days' notice and let members download their User Content.

Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. The content and prices of Paid Services are posted on the pricing page (/en/pricing). Paid Services are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions.
  2. Domestic (Korea) payments: The Company is the seller. Payments are processed by a payment service provider engaged by the Company, and receipts are issued by the Company.
  3. International payments: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to international payments, and Paddle handles receipts and taxes.
  4. Automatic renewal: A subscription renews automatically for the same period (monthly or annual) until the member cancels it, and the fee for that period is charged to the registered payment method on the renewal date. The checkout and the confirmation email show the amount, billing period, next billing date and how to cancel. For annual subscriptions, we email the renewal date and amount at least 7 days before renewal.
  5. When a free trial converts to a paid plan or a recurring price increases, the Company notifies the member at least 30 days in advance of the date, amount, payment method and how to cancel, and obtains the member's separate consent. Without consent, no automatic conversion or increase takes place.
  6. Cancel anytime: Members may cancel a subscription at any time from the Service's billing settings through a process as simple as signing up. After cancellation, no further renewals are charged and the member keeps access to Paid Services until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds for the remaining period follow the Refund Policy.
  7. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Article 8 (User Content)

  1. User Content belongs to the member who uploaded it.
  2. Members grant the Company a free right to use User Content to the extent needed to provide the Service (storing it, showing it to group members, backups and incident response). The Company does not use User Content for advertising or promotion outside the Service without the member's separate consent.
  3. Information posted to a group is visible to that group's members. Do not upload sensitive material such as copies of identity documents, and check who can see other content before uploading it.
  4. Members must obtain consent before uploading content containing other people's personal information, such as photos showing their faces or their contact details.
  5. If the Company receives a report that User Content infringes another person's rights or violates the law, it will take necessary measures under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, such as temporarily hiding the content, and notify the member who posted it. The member may object.
  6. When a member closes their account, their User Content is destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Messages left in spaces shared with other members, such as group chats, may remain in the group with the author's name removed.

Article 9 (AI Features)

  1. Features such as AI draft itineraries use generative artificial intelligence. AI-generated output is labeled as such.
  2. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Members must review output before relying on it, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy. In particular, confirm opening hours, travel times, and transport, safety and medical information locally.
  3. To the extent the Company holds rights in the output, those rights belong to the member.
  4. Members must not enter input that infringes others' rights or violates the law or the AI provider's usage policies.

Article 10 (Third-Party Services)

  1. When a member moves to or connects a third-party service (maps, social sharing, etc.), information is sent to that service to the extent the member directs. Processing after transfer is governed by that service's terms.
  2. The Company does not sell or broker travel products, accommodation or transport, and does not sell insurance. The Company is not a party to any contract a member enters into with a third-party service.
  3. Connected features may be limited by outages or policy changes of third-party services.

Article 11 (Location Information)

The Company does not currently collect members' personal location information. If the Company introduces location-based features (nearby places, photo location records, etc.), it will post separate location-based service terms under the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information and collect location information only with the member's consent.

Article 12 (Prohibited Conduct)

Members must not:

  1. Violate the law or infringe others' rights (intellectual property, portrait rights, personal information, reputation, etc.)
  2. Send spam, phish, defraud, or distribute malware
  3. Bypass or test the Service's security, or try to access groups they do not belong to
  4. Scrape the Service by automated means or place excessive load on it without the Company's permission
  5. Copy or resell the Service, or reverse-engineer it to build a competing service
  6. Post content that defames or deceives others
  7. Use AI Features to create deepfakes or other content that deceives or harms others

Article 13 (Restrictions on Use)

  1. If a member violates Article 12, the Company may take measures in the order of warning, feature restriction, temporary suspension and termination.
  2. Where there is a risk of immediate harm to other members or the Service, the Company may suspend first and notify afterwards.
  3. Members may object to a measure, and the Company will lift it without delay if the objection is justified.

  2. The Company grants members a non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms.
  3. The Company may freely use feedback and suggestions sent by members to improve the Service.

Article 15 (Termination)

  1. Members may close their account at any time in account settings or by asking the Company. The last admin of a group can leave after transferring or deleting the group.
  2. If a member leaves while using Paid Services, the Refund Policy applies.

Article 16 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, the member's fault, or outages or schedule changes of third-party services beyond its control (map providers, or airlines, accommodations and other businesses the member uses directly). However, where the Company is also at fault, intentionally or negligently, it is liable to that extent.
  2. Unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability to a member in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees the member paid to the Company in the 12 months immediately before the damage occurred.
  3. A member who causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms must compensate the Company.

Article 17 (Notices)

The Company gives notices to the member's account email or through announcements in the Service. Notices to all members may be given by posting on the Service for at least 7 days.

Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
